  1. 1.In order to receive full certification, students are required to be present for the full duration of the class. 
  2. 2.Additionally, we kindly ask that the person who signed up for the class is the one who attends. 
  3. 3.We will provide breaks at specific times during the class, and we ask that students return promptly when the break is over
  4. 4.If you are unable to attend, please give us a 24-hour notice. Thank you for choosing our school for your educational needs.
  5. 5.Attendance is mandatory for all classes/courses.

A t t e n d a n c e

Cancellation

1.No refund is will be given.

2.If you are unable to attend after properly giving the 24hour notice, you are allowed to reschedule up to 1 month post date.

3.In case of inclement weather or bio hazards classes will be canceled and rescheduled.

4.If instructor cancels class or unable to attend, a 50percent refund will be given to students.

5.If you use our services to host an event and wishes to cancel, a notice must be given up to 1week prior to event.

6.In case of emergency and student needs to leave, you can leave,  but no refund will be given and student must sign up 

For new class.

Dress

 1.Clothing must be worn that fits comfortable for moving around, bending and stretching.

 

2.Shoes must be closed toe, fit comfortably for standing, bending and stretching.

 

3.No clothing shall be worn that promotes or provoke feeling of disrespect, violence, sexual, political views,  

or endorsing other businesses non affiliated with the school.

 

 4.No jewelry that dangles or extra large or wide.​

Payment

J.C Memorial Healthcare Certifications LLC accept payment through  the website, Cashapp, Paypal, Apple pay, and U.S American

currency.

Please note that no checks or post-dated checks are acceptable. Full payment is due by the date of he class/course.

 

Payment plans are permitted, but must be paid in full by the date of the class/course. If the deadline is not met, no refund is allowed.

 

If you are using a J.C Memorial Healthcare Certifications LLC gift card, voucher, or free class reward, the code must be valid and put in the description when registering online. Receipts will be emailed once the participant's payment is paid and secured.

Electronic Devices

1.The use of cell phones during class is strictly prohibited. This includes taking personal calls, sending text messages, and accessing social media.

 2.Refrain from playing any audio media, such as music, podcasts, or YouTube videos.

 3.Laptops, tablets, and iPads are allowed, but only for class-related purposes. 

4.Please turn off your ringers upon entering the classroom. 

Sessions

J.C Memorial Healthcare Certifications LLC provides training and certification through both group and individual sessions.

 

Group sessions are limited to the course/class type and if there are more participants than the class limit allows, additional

 

days will be added until everyone is trained and certified. In individual sessions, only the registered participant is allowed to

 

train, and one additional guest can accompany them, but cannot assist during the session. If the other person wants to

 

participate, they must sign up for another available session.

Conduct

In order to create a safe and respectful learning environment, we ask that all students and instructors to:

 

1.Respect each other.

2.Keep hands, feet, and objects to ourselves.

3.No bullying, no eating or drinking during class.

4.Keep manikins and work area neat and clean.

5.Be polite when addressing and speaking to others, and avoid loud talking or playing in class.

Talent Release

J. C Memorial Healthcare Certifications, LLC takes pictures and records videos of their students to showcase their work and promote their business. However, all students are required to fill out a talent release form when registering. If a student chooses not to have it taken, their picture or video will not be taken.
